The restaurant is excellent. The dishes are very good and the ambience is at its best. The restaurant is very busy and I only got a table on the second evening.

As per the stars, excellent food and excellent location but... You cannot serve 40 people with just one waiter, who among other things is also the owner. He seats people, sets up tables, brings food to the table and prepares accounts. Among other things, he doesn't know what empathy is, he doesn't crack a smile and it's not his job to manage the tables. It will certainly be due to too much work done, but spending €50 on a waiter would make the place much better than it already is! And it wasn't just that evening's problem, I read that a waiter has been missing since August and we're almost in November and....
Fantastic place....we have already been there a couple of times for dinner during our holidays and it is worth it both for the beauty of the place (sophisticated and very well looked after) and for the availability of the owner (attentive and extremely friendly). He accepts little dogs and is very careful to make them feel good!!
For the food I confess that 5 stars are too little!!
